Semi-Private Training Workshops
A small, structured training space for people who want to move with more awareness and intention.
This six-week workshop meets twice per week. One session is slow, deliberate movement. The other is a guided conversation—what you’re noticing, what’s shifting, and what support you need to continue building capacity.
The work isn’t about doing more. It’s about understanding how effort is created, directed, and supported.
Many people, without realizing it, rely on momentum or flexibility rather than strength to move through exercise. Over time, this can hide instability and contribute to discomfort or recurring issues.
This workshop builds strength through awareness, learning how force is generated, transferred, and controlled in the body. The goal is for effort to feel more efficient, supported, and sustainable over time.
How the Group Supports Your Work
In this group, you’ll experience:
Learning through observation—seeing patterns in others often clarifies your own
Structure without performance pressure or comparison
Shared feedback that deepens awareness and accelerates learning
Momentum built through consistency, not intensity
A consistent group that builds shared language, trust, and context while developing joint stability over time.
Working Together
Sessions are held online via Zoom in a small, curated group.
This workshop is open to any body that wants to build body awareness and strength capacity. It’s especially supportive for people who feel “unstable,” inconsistent, or stuck in the cycle of doing workouts without getting more capable.
Some participants choose to complement their individual training or program design with the workshop, using the group setting to explore patterns more deeply, receive live feedback, and work through specific limitations in real time.
Upcoming Workshop Dates:
April 8 - May 15
Registration is limited to preserve the quality and depth of the work.
