Program Design

Program design built around how your body actually responds to training — not how it’s “supposed to.”

This is individualized programming created with attention to movement quality, joint control, recovery capacity, and real-life demand. It is not a template. It is not a split. It is not written in isolation from how your body moves. It is design.

Program design is for people who want structure and intelligent progression without rigidity. It is built around your movement patterns, training history, current capacity, and goals, with consideration for how your body adapts to load over time.

We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your background, current tolerance, and priorities. From there, your program is created with intention. Each element is chosen for a reason. The structure supports strength, control, and coordination while respecting how your joints and nervous system respond.

Your program is written in focused eight-week training blocks. This allows for progression as your body adapts. As capacity, control, and tolerance improve, your program evolves with you.

We also meet in virtual sessions to review your program together. These sessions are used to refine mechanics, clarify cues, and ensure you understand how to execute the work with intention.
