An exercise program is designed uniquely to the current needs of your body! This includes identifying muscle imbalances and evaluating past injuries to prevent reoccurrence. Then, your program is carefully curated to progressively overload your muscles for improved strength.

Program Design includes an initial consultation, 3 virtual training sessions, and targeted program design. We will go over the program together in virtual training sessions, for you to be aware of specific cues for your body mechanics to bring to ‘homework’ sessions.

Your training program is written out for 8 weeks at a time. After this time period, your program needs to be updated as your body adapts for continued improvement.
