Program Design
Program Design is personalized training, built for your unique body history, with independent homework assignments in between live virtual personal training sessions.
Program Design begins with an initial evaluation, to evaluate movement patterns and identify muscle imbalances. Then, your exercise program is carefully curated and written out. We will meet for 3 virtual personal training sessions on alternating weeks. During this time your program is reviewed before you ‘do your homework,’ as well as continuously reevaluated for updates to align with your growth.
Timing is paramount for effective Program Design. Your exercise program is written out for 8 weeks with 3 virtual personal training sessions. After this time period, your program needs to be updated as your body adapts for continued improvement.
TLDR: 4 live virtual training sessions + 8 weeks of exercise program designed for your success.
