

Program Design
Too busy for personal training? Program design balances your busy schedule with personalized training built for your unique body history.
Program Design begins with an initial evaluation, to evaluate movement patterns and identify muscle imbalances. Then, your exercise program is carefully curated, for improved strength and performance, written out as homework. Every other week, we will meet for a virtual personal training session to reevaluate and update your program.
Timing is paramount for effective Program Design. Your exercise program is written out for 8 weeks with 3 virtual personal training sessions. After this time period, your program needs to be updated as your body adapts for continued improvement.
TLDR: 4 live virtual training sessions + 8 weeks of exercise program designed for your success.
